– Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the added 0.22%.

The best performers of the session on the were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:), which rose 2.19% or 250.00 points to trade at 11,680.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) added 1.68% or 190.00 points to end at 11,470.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was up 0.66% or 4.50 points to 682.20 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which fell 3.31% or 3.80 points to trade at 111.00 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 2.65% or 13.60 points to end at 499.20 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) was down 2.07% or 3.35 points to 158.70.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 100 to 43 and 16 ended unchanged.

Shares in GN Store Nord (CSE:) fell to 5-year lows; down 3.31% or 3.80 to 111.00.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.19% or 1.93 to $86.15 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.92% or 1.77 to hit $90.39 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.19% or 3.75 to trade at $1,990.65 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.48% to 7.01, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.41% at 105.56.
